The breakfast and food was excellent and lovely. There were lovely Kenyan Chef's who made the stay so memorable. From wonderful talks to ensuring that we got all we ordered for and requested for. It felt like home. The massage was heavenly indeed. I'm so happy with the East African Resident discount for the massage. The staff was super friendly, from the hotel, the room service and the retreat area. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable. This is somewhere I will definitely be coming back too, not just for the massage but also for the stay. They have a beautiful view of the city. I had ample parking for my motorbike and it was safe. They have a yoga hall where you can practice, the pool was amazing. Lovely display of artwork that you can buy if you'd like. My brother had come to visit me from United Kingdom and my friend from Greenland they loved it!

I liked everything! The price is exceptional for what you get to be honest. The room and bathroom were nicely sized with a comfortable king bed and great shower. There were two pools, and the one closest to me was beautiful and right next to the group exercise area, where they hold yoga classes among other things. You have two restaurants to choose from, and the breakfast was outstanding, with chefs preparing eggs and pancakes to order. The staff was beyond friendly, and the property was extremely clean; I even saw them power scrubbing outdoor stairs and patios. You also get a complementary 20 minute massage for booking; I added on another 30 minutes to get a 50 minute massage (which was very good) for $50. I would absolutely stay here again.

The breakfast was delicious, served on time, and plentiful. The Heaven restaurant and Boutique hotel looked exactly as shown in the pictures, it was so beautiful. The room is beautiful with artwork highlighting African culture. The restaurant location was great, near Kigali town, it has a serene environment and calm, just what I needed for my vacation. In addition, the hotel already has an itinerary of activities you can do and I participated in some of them and it was worth the money. I had an amazing time, the tour guides were professional and they answered the questions I had. I also had a complimentary massage that was included in my stay which was relaxing and amazing.

A little taste of luxury, enjoyed the lovely big room, very comfy bed, biscuits and facilities. Netflix on the tv was a bonus after a week of reading. They even include a 20 minute massage which sadly we didn't have time to take. Restaurant is really nice but it is at the more expensive "fine dining" end, by far the priciest meal we ate in Rwanda but really high quality. Breakfast was excellent, and the setting is lovely. There are two sister hotels nextdoor to each other, the VERY fancy one and this one (a little less fancy but still very nice). It's a bit confusing which is which when you first arrive.

I may add but I dealt with about 20 different staff but I might add the ones I dealt with most. Pool was lovely, the Heaven Restaurant was very relaxing and peaceful. Maybe tea lights would be a lovely touch. Breakfast was amazing and was sufficient to keep me going until the evening. The hot food was hot and only about 20% of hotels manage this. Reuben was patience personified and probably saw you most. Will add lovely staff later
